Company History

Plastrglas has over 30 years of experience in the GRG and GRC industry. Plastrglas was formed because architects and general contractors desired an easier solution to the older method of lath and plaster. Dave Wilson, president and owner of Plastrglas, Inc. has been involved since its inception in 1978. Plastrglas has become a leader in manufacturing decorative columns, domes, ceiling and wall panels, access panels, fireplaces and any custom architectural design you may dream.

Exterior GRC and Interior GRG

Plastrglas, Inc. has the capability of making interior or exterior products. Our interior product is a combination of specially formulated high-strength gypsum and glass fiber reinforcement. This exclusive combination delivers a lightweight, high-density product with high strength. Our exterior product, Weathr Rok, is our special concrete mix reinforced with fiberglass which provides high bond strength and moisture resistance. Best of all, interior and exterior products are non-toxic with zero smoke developed value, zero fuel contributed, and zero flame spread. The interior and exterior products will suit your most exacting specifications. They may be used extensively in commercial building projects such as schools, hospitals, office buildings, malls, auditoriums, museums, casinos, banks, and restaurants. Both can serve as an element of new construction or as a supplement to existing structures. Plastrglas and Weathr Rok use a multi-directional fiber arrangement assuring uniform strength in all directions. A consistent matrix-to-fiber weight ratio is maintained from piece to piece, regardless of size, shape or thickness. Between Plastrglas and Weathr Rok, you may choose from over 7,500 molds in stock for an economical solution to your design needs, or we can custom fabricate to your specific design. Either scenario guarantees your satisfaction. Our products can be used in all climatic conditions.

Total Value Package

At Plastrglas, we are a total value manufacturer. We offer the patented Two-Bit Clip attachment device that reduces field labor and helps part-to-part alignment. All of our products are shipped with the Two-Bit Clip, EZ Trowel, and adhesive for easy installation. In addition, Weathr Rok joint compound and primer are included for each exterior project to insure long lasting, trouble-free installation. Pre-cast parts arrive on site as scheduled in well blocked, sturdy crates which are specifically designed to be forklift ready. We will deliver your product to all regions of the U.S. and globally.
