Plastrglas, born of the desire of architects to create more stunning buildings, is a molded product developed for use along with drywall, conventional plaster systems and/or for ceiling materials. Its primary use is for distinctive shapes such as curves, compound curves, and radius designs that cannot be achieved by conventional drywall systems.

Inside or out, Plastrglas is the easy solution for tough design problems and is bound only by your imagination. Interior Plastrglas is a combination of specially formulated high-strength gypsum cement and glass fiber reinforcement. This exclusive combination delivers a high-density product with comparatively high tensile strength. Plastrglas is sprayed into molds made to suit your most exacting specifications. Best of all, interior Plastrglas is lightweight (approximately 2 pounds per square foot per 3/16" thickness). 

Exterior Plastrglas, Weathr Rok, is an extremely efficient building material. Lightweight (5-6 lbs per square foot), pre-cast parts arrive on site and on time in well blocked, sturdy crates which protect from distortion or damage while en route.

Type III Portland Cement, silica sands, alkali-inhibiting polymers and A/R glass fibers are the ingredients used to manufacture truly weather resistant exterior components. No materials inappropriate with external use (including gypsum) are used.

Used extensively in commercial building projects such as schools, hospitals, office buildings, malls, auditoriums, museums, casinos, banks and restaurants, Weathr Rok can serve as an element of new construction or as a supplement to existing structures. Only the spray lay-up method of reinforcement recognized by the Prestressed Concrete Institute is used.

Both Plastrglas and Weathr Rok use a multi-directional fiber arrangement assuring uniform strength in all directions. A consistent matrix-to-fiber weight ratio is maintained from piece to piece, regardless of size, shape or thickness.
